We kindly ask that you give 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. In the case that more than 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service; Same day or last minute cancellations & no shows, will be responsible for 100% of the service price. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. Extension installations are non-refundable. Deposit can be be applied to extension installation if you would like to move appointment to a later date. Thank you for understanding our policy.
